My Background:
When I look back, I guess I am lucky that I grew up in small business. My parents worked hard and they worked long hours and they instilled in me some excellent values from an early age.
When I left school I followed their example, became an apprentice, worked hard and with long hours. After four years of excellent work, doing as much as any tradesmen in really difficult conditions I was given the best gift that I have ever received. . . I was sacked, to be honest at the time I was devastated.
I was shocked however this became the stimulus I needed to change my life, “I became a student”. As a student I studied what made people and businesses successful.

- Brian Tracey
- James Rohn
- Jay Abraham
- Tom Hopkins and;
- Zig Zigler
I studied what made people successful in Sales, what made people successful in business, how some people are able to get into and then stay in relationships that are loving and supporting whilst others do not.
I studied what makes people wealthy, how small businesses can be turned around in a single year and how big corporations become financial. I studied the health gurus and discovered what works and what doesn’t in fitness, health and healing.
I became truly fascinated in all things success related and have invested over twenty years learning as much as possible about high performance human behaviour.
During this time I my work has taken me all over Australia, to England, Japan, America and New Zealand. I have assisted some of the largest companies in the world dramatically increase their profitability by reducing their costs and increasing their sales. I have worked alongside the owners of some much smaller businesses to ensure that each and every one of their customers is treated like someone special.
Success is not financial and career alone you need a balance. My balance or stability has come from my home life. I met a wonderful lady; married her and now have three beautiful daughters, each one successful in their own right. For some a relationship lasting 24 years is a dream beyond their reach, well for my wife and I it is a dream a dream that gets stronger with each passing moment.
Nowadays, I help coach and lead some of the best people in the industry. I am privileged to be surrounded by successful men and women who are super-stars and world leaders at the specialty career that they have chosen to pursue.
